Travelling by rail is a great way to enjoy the scenery without having to take the car.
Trains and buses cross state borders and sometimes you are aware of this and sometimes you aren’t.
Be aware that fruit brought onto the train or bus in another state or supplied on board the train should not be taken from the train or bus at your destination. While some train and bus stations may have quarantine bins, many do not.
Also be aware that potted plants, cuttings and cut flowers may be restricted.
