State and territory quarantine regulators
The contact details for Australia’s state and territory domestic plant quarantine regulators are provided below.
They can provide advice on how to obtain a Plant Health Certificate for produce that is not covered by the Interstate Certification Assurance Scheme.
The manuals listed (called plant health, quarantine or biosecurity manuals) also contain information on the entry conditions for produce moving into that state or territory.
Call your local state or territory quarantine regulator if you have a question about plant entry quarantine conditions.
National plant quarantine issues can be raised with the Subcommittee on Domestic Quarantine and Market Access.
