This procedure covers all certification of pre-harvest treatment and inspection of approved host produce from a Business operating under an ICA arrangement in New South Wales.
This procedure is applicable where the requirements specified in section 6 are a specified condition of entry of an interstate quarantine authority for Queensland fruit fly.

This procedure covers all certification of pre-harvest treatment and inspection of stone fruit, pome fruit, persimmons and blueberries from a business operating under an ICA arrangement to prevent the movement of the quarantine pest QFF.
This procedure is applicable where the requirements are a specified condition of entry of an interstate quarantine authority for QFF
Not all ICA Operational Procedures are accepted by all states and territories of Australia.
Certification of pre-harvest treatment and inspection of host produce under this procedure is not an accepted quarantine entry condition for all intrastate and interstate markets.
Some intrastate and interstate markets may require additional certification for pests and diseases other than fruit fly as a condition of entry.
It is the responsibility of the business consigning the produce to ensure compliance with all applicable quarantine entry requirements.
Information on intrastate and interstate quarantine requirements can be obtained from a local Agriculture Victoria Inspector. Information on interstate requirements can be obtained from the plant quarantine service in the destination state or territory.

that apply to the pre-harvest treatment and inspection of blueberries for blueberry rust under an Interstate Certification Assurance (ICA) arrangement.
This procedure covers all certification of blueberry fruit from a business operating under an ICA arrangement in Victoria.

Location: This procedure is separated into two sections:
Certification under this procedure may not be an accepted quarantine entry condition for all interstate and intrastate markets.
Some interstate and intrastate markets may require additional plant health certification for pests and diseases other than blueberry rust as a condition of entry.
It is the responsibility of the business consigning the produce to ensure compliance with all applicable quarantine requirements.
Information on interstate quarantine requirements can be obtained from a local Agriculture Victoria Officer or the plant quarantine service in the destination state or territory.
